Jorge Figueroa Silva is the president of Tilt-Up Asesores in Monterrey, Mexico, and a key advocate for tilt-up construction across Latin America. He is also a member of the Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA) Board of Directors, a position reserved for the chair of the Mexican Advisory Board. A summa cum laude graduate of Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM) with a degree in Civil Engineering, Jorge has more than 25 years of experience in the industry.

His tilt-up journey began in 1999 at Lintel in Cd. Juárez, Mexico, and in 2000, he and his team earned a TCA Innovation Award for their work on innovative panels. An active member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI), Jorge has contributed to the advancement of the tilt-up industry by participating in various committees and certification programs.

As the CEO of Tilt-Up Asesores, Jorge has trained hundreds of professionals through the Tilt-Up Supervisor and Technician Certification Program, promoting best practices and innovation across Mexico and Latin America. He also leads Grupo Pyesa, where he continues to advance concrete science and civil engineering practices.

Through his leadership, Jorge has significantly influenced the professionalization of tilt-up construction in emerging markets, championing integrity, sustainability, and growth in the industry.
