As President of RAM Construction, Jeff enjoys leading and facilitating each department and pushes for his colleagues to see the bigger picture to reach the company goals.

Jeff took over the leadership of the company from his father in 2016 and has since implemented a streamlined business operations system that promotes accountability throughout the company.

He started in construction at a very young age and has spent his entire career at RAM succeeding at various roles within the company. Having this wide range of experiences in the different aspects of the company, continues to give Jeff the ability to adapt and rely on previous experiences when it comes to assisting in the daily operation of RAM, as well as an appreciation of the roles and challenges of the other individuals within the company.

While leading the team at RAM is his primary job function by day, Jeff is also always looking for more innovative ways to build. Jeff also enjoys spending time with his family as well as being outdoors whether it be hiking, biking or camping.
