The foundation of any quality management program is a solid, actionable plan tailored to a specific practice. Yet, with a lack of industry standards and regulatory requirements, it is very difficult to know where to start when building a quality program for your company. This session will endeavor to provide that start by covering problems in the industry, finding examples of quality management programs, and exploring ways to ensure projects are being adequately monitored.
