Home For Good Home for Good, located 2 hours East of Toronto in Belleville, is an 3-story 41-unit apartment building for individuals who currently or at risk of being homeless. Consisting of 62 insulated and non-insulated panels the building has a total floor are of 31,990 sq. ft. To address the shortage of long-term affordable housing units, the owners and general contractors needed a construction method that was capable of delivering durable and energy efficient units without sacrificing design flexibility. Tilt-up allowed the structural to be built in quick succession so that other trades could begin work very quickly.
