Thomas M. Maxwell, Principal of Alliance Architects, Inc., is pleased to announce the firm’s recent completion of the Freeman facility located in Trammell Crow Company’s I-30 Business Park in Dallas, Texas. The 201,172squarefoot facility includes approximately 43,000 square feet of office space, with the remainder devoted to warehouse and storage. The interior space was designed to showcase the audiovisual services that Freeman offers to its clients. AV elements are integrated throughout the office to showcase Freeman capabilities, allowing clients to see products in use. The office space features an exposed structure ceiling with lay-in acoustical clouds at various heights. The entire structure is backlit by blue LED lights. The facility features open and private offices, multiple open-area collaboration spaces, a war room, a tech lab, media/edit room, conference rooms, and a state-of-the-art Demo/Showroom. The custom-designed Demo room features Silent FX walls, which provide sound-masking, allowing for amplified testing of audiovisual set ups.

Trammell Crow Company was the developer of this project. FCL Builders was the general contractor for the shell building and Fast-Trak Construction provided the construction services for the interior portion.
