MID CITIES ERECTORS STAYING BUSY IN AUGUST

August 2017 was a big month in tilt wall panel erection for Mid Cities Erectors. Crews headed back to Oklahoma City, OK to start erection of 260 concrete panels covering 1,020,171 sq. ft. for a new Hobby Lobby warehouse. Tilt wall panels, including high/low rooflines, were set in Arlington, TX at the Park 20/360 Warehouse and Office. The first panel was lifted the second week of August for Park Place Porsche in Grapevine, TX, a mere 2 months after our work was completed for its neighboring dealership, Park Place Jaguar. September 2017 looks to be just as promising as we prepare for erection on another six story Cawley Office building in Addison, TX and a new showroom warehouse for Living Spaces in Pflugerville, TX.
We are pleased to say that the majority of our steel and tilt wall panel projects have been contracted with repeat customers. Projects involving erection of nearly 1,500 tilt wall panels, of various sizes and weights, were under contract within the first half of this year. Our customers are provided with AutoCAD panel layout drawings for efficient and swift panel erection and to assure the most economical crane size for use on the project.
