To say we’ve built it before may be factual, but it’s not why our clients choose us. Our construction technique, which includes more than 50% of our projects being built, utilizing the tilt-up method, has won numerous honors and safety awards. Those awards include Tilt-Up Concrete Association, ENR, DBIA, AGC and Modern Healthcare Magazine construction honors.

As one of the largest industrial contractors in the country, Alston Construction uses tilt-up construction as it provides numerous advantages when building warehouse/distribution centers and manufacturing facilities. Because of its diversity, Alston Construction utilizes tilt-up construction in other verticals we build in, such as office, retail and medical office buildings. As contractors who consider ourselves “creative tilt-up builders,” we can utilize tilt-up to achieve pretty much any results in regards to architectural aesthetics and innovation that our clients are looking for in their project. Also, this method is well suited to complete a compressed schedule and allows for numerous trades to overlap during construction.
