Platinum Park
Platinum Park is a 167,500-square-foot, five-story structure made of cast-in-place tilt-up concrete with structural steel for the floor and roof structures. The parking garage is a 130,000-square-foot, two-level precast concrete structure with 144 parking spaces. Tilt-up construction allowed for an economical structural system and a high-quality architectural appearance for this tall tilt-up office. Tilt-up lent itself to a fast overall schedule, meaning it was not long before it opened up for tenant leases.
