Tehama County Courthouse

The Tehama County Courthouse is a 65,750-square-foot, two-story facility with five courtrooms and includes a secured holding area for in-custody defendants.

This project shows how courthouses can be built with tilt-up for far less than usual while being just as functional and secure. The classic colonnade of the historic courthouse and the use of brick are reinterpreted in the new building, creating a link to the past and a vision toward the future.
