Olathe West High School

With over 2,000 students, Olathe West High School is set up in communities for each grade and then broken into neighborhoods to provide smaller networks. The school houses the Green Tech Academy and the Public Safety Academy.

The architect used tilt-up panels in this project for their durability in large, high-traffic areas such as gymnasiums and places for the performing arts. The building engineer used tilt-up panels to resist shear forces for the lateral system.
