Wesex Headquarters

Wesex Headquarters is a 5,500-square-foot high-tech office facility that includes an insulated, 2,892-square-foot composite tilt-up structure with 16 panels. The panels for this job were poured in the middle of winter under a heated 40-by-80 circus tent purchased on Craigslist—a cost-effective way to keep the project going.

The building’s real showpieces are the insulated composite tilt-wall panels. The panels’ exterior surfaces were left raw, displaying multiple reveal styles and custom-made form holes.
