Westway Plaza
Westway Plaza, a five-story, 312,000-square-foot LEED Gold Certified office building, was designed with tilt-up to compete with corporate Class A high-rise facilities. The building features the variation and use of different panel heights, weights and thicknesses to achieve the desired look. Site logistics for a five-story stacked panel office building had to be overcome, but with an aggressive schedule and careful coordination the project was completed in 12 months.
