Prologis Stapleton Business Center 3

Stapleton Business Center 3 incorporates innovative design and architectural features including lay-up panels, floating panels and spandrels spanning more than 63 feet. Two corners of the building incorporate three-story recessed storefront glass, covered canopies and floating panels. The east elevation's central entry consists of a 52-foot spandrel section supported by inverted L-shaped panels. Due to limited site access, panels were stack cast on the floor slab.
