Wirtz Beverage Illinois
Wirtz Beverage Illinois is a 600,000 SF build-to-suit corporate headquarters and beverage distribution facility with a 25,000 SF climate controlled room with refrigeration, and a 100,000 SF office space. Half of the warehouse is dedicated to an automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS), 25,000 SF of cooler space and features a 40' clear height. The site also includes 750 parking stalls for their entire sales force and accommodations for their complete trucking operation from shipping and receiving to parking, maintenance, and washing. The Class A office space consists of a full service bar and demonstration kitchen where professional mixologists and chefs can perform training sessions and host events.
