Wellness International Network, Ltd.

Overview

This was a design/build project for the corporate headquarters of Wellness International located in Legacy Park (Plano, Texas). Using tilt-wall construction was a concern of Legacy's design review committee. Alliance Architect's approach was to utilize rich, natural materials and lush landscaping to highlight the corporate image and to downplay the distribution center. By rusticating the tilt-wall panels, the transition from natural limestone office to the tilt-wall distribution center is virtually indistinguishable.

Features

The project is located in Legacy Park (Plano, Texas). The design review committee of Legacy Park was concerned with the plan to utilize tilt-wall construction and how it would fit into the overall look of the area. Alliance Architect's approach of using materials to blend with the nearby limestone and pronounced landscaping allowed the facility to aesthetically fit into the area.

Recognition

This building and opening of its corporate headquarters, located in North Dallas' prestigious Legacy Business Park campus has cemented the company's stature in the nutritional supplement industry worldwide.
