Mark Hugeback

Principal at M+H Architects

Mark Hugeback is a principal with M+H Architects, a 26-person firm based in St. Louis, Missouri, founded in 1989.

Mark has over 37 years of experience and is licensed to practice architecture in 38 states. He attended the University of Kansas School of Architecture where he graduated with distinction in 1980 with a Bachelor of Environmental Design.

He and his staff have completed over 63 million square feet of warehouse/distribution facility projects across the country, of which 42 million square feet are tilt-up construction. The Northeast US (New Jersey, New York, New Hampshire and Pennsylvania) is home to 30 million square feet of their work. His experience includes speculative and build-to-suit projects for developers, contractors and Fortune 500 companies.

In addition to Industrial/Distribution expertise, M+H Architects has extensive experience in the educational, corporate, mission critical and retail markets.

About the TCA

Founded in 1986, the Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA) strives to improve the quality and acceptance of site-cast Tilt-Up construction, a method in which concrete wall panels are cast on-site and tilted into place. Tilt-Up construction is one of the fastest growing industries in the United States, combining the advantages of reasonable cost with low maintenance, durability, speed of construction and minimal capital investment. At least 10,000 buildings, enclosing more than 650 million square feet, are constructed each year using this construction method.
